What Our White Glove Team Provides
Our professionally trained delivery team will:

Remove and dispose of all packaging materials
This service applies to furniture, oversized décor, uniquely shaped pieces, and items too fragile to ship through standard small-parcel carriers.
Please note: lighting, mirrors, wall art, electrical fixtures, and any wall-mounted items are excluded from assembly and installation.
Before Delivery: Preparing Your Home
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following guidelines:

Confirm that your items will fit through all entry points, including hallways, staircases, doorways, elevators, and interior pathways.
We recommend referencing our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guide. -
Clear the space where your new piece will be placed.
Our delivery team is not permitted to move, relocate, or dispose of existing furniture or personal items. -
For residences that require a Certificate of Insurance (COI)—such as high-rise buildings or condominiums—please contact us after placing your order so we may prepare the necessary documentation.
Scheduling Your White Glove Delivery
In-Stock Items
You will be contacted within 14 business days of purchase with details regarding shipment and delivery scheduling.
Deferred Delivery (Multi-Item Orders)
If your order contains multiple items, delivery will be scheduled once all pieces have arrived at our warehouse.
You will be notified as soon as your full order is ready to ship.
Warehouse Hold Policy
We can hold merchandise for up to 30 days once it arrives.
After this period:

Orders are no longer eligible for cancellation, refusal, or return
Delivery Day: What to Expect
On the day of delivery:

An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the order.

Our team will handle unpacking, assembly of eligible items, and placement in your room of choice.

All packaging materials will be removed as part of the service.

Lighting, wall art, mirrors, and electrical fixtures will not be unboxed, assembled, or installed.

Our team cannot move or haul away existing furniture.
International & Special-Region Deliveries
White Glove Delivery to Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations requires a custom shipping quote.
A minimum order subtotal of $7,000 USD applies.

What to expect with Small Parcel Delivery
Once your order has been finalized and processed, you will be notified with delivery information via UPS. Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand and product availability. Some items may ship separately. We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
