This Limited Warranty covers Orenlo merchandise against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery, when used under normal residential (non-commercial) conditions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Many Orenlo pieces are handcrafted using natural materials such as solid wood, reclaimed woods, and hand-finished metals. Variations in grain, texture, color, patina, distressing, or mineral markings are inherent characteristics—not defects.

Orenlo outdoor collections are engineered to endure outdoor environments; however, proper care is essential. Cushions must be stored in dry conditions, and all surfaces should be cleaned before covering to prevent mildew.

Shipping & Labor Costs

If a warranty claim is approved, Orenlo will cover reasonable shipping costs for replacement parts or warranty-related repairs.

In-home labor fees are not included unless required to correct a verified manufacturing defect.

For non-warranty returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all related shipping and labor costs.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, please follow these steps:

Warranty Service
If a defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Orenlo may, at its discretion:

Replace it with a comparable product (exact matches may not be available)
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced due to discontinuation or unavailability, Orenlo will offer a pro-rated refund based on the product’s age and condition.
No cash refunds will be issued for items that can be repaired or replaced.
Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Repaired or replaced items remain covered under the original warranty period only.
