At Orenlo, we are committed to upholding human rights and maintaining the highest standards of ethical labor practices across our global supply chain.
Through a strict Supplier Code of Conduct, we support the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and other international efforts dedicated to eliminating unlawful and unethical labor practices, including forced labor and human trafficking.
Verification
As part of our supplier onboarding and ongoing agreements, all partners must certify their compliance with Orenlo’s Supplier Standards of Business Practice.
These standards strictly prohibit child labor, involuntary labor, forced labor, and any form of human trafficking.
Auditing
We maintain continuous communication with our suppliers and regularly review their compliance.
To ensure adherence to our ethical standards, we conduct both scheduled and unannounced facility audits.
These assessments verify that our partners follow our labor requirements and uphold our zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced or unethical labor.
Certification
All suppliers are required to submit annual certifications confirming their operations and supply chains are free from forced labor and human trafficking.
They must also operate in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Internal Accountability
Orenlo holds every team member to strict ethical and legal standards.
Any employee found in violation of laws related to forced labor or trafficking is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Training & Awareness
We provide ongoing training for employees involved in sourcing and supply chain management.
This includes education on identifying potential labor risks, understanding compliance requirements, and taking preventive action to ensure ethical practices throughout our supply chain.
Corrective Action
If a supplier is found to violate Orenlo’s Supplier Standards, we reserve the right to take immediate action — including requiring corrective measures or terminating the business relationship entirely.
